Thank you for purchasing from Marketer's Blueprint. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products - General Policy
All products sold by Marketer's Blueprint are digital downloads, including ebooks and templates. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or delivered.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that your right to a 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived upon accessing or downloading the product.
Free Products
No payment is taken for free resources. There is nothing to refund on free downloads.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will always issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once
- The file was corrupted or failed to download correctly and we are unable to resolve the issue
- The product was significantly different from its description
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the circumstances above please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
